Order Processing
Once your order is placed, please allow 2–3 business days for us to process and prepare your order before shipping. This time allows us to carefully check, package, and get your nails ready to travel to you. Orders are processed on business days only, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping time estimates begin once your order has been shipped, not at the time of purchase. As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
International Orders
For international shipments, please kindly note that any customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in your order total, and we are unable to control or predict customs processing times.
